Terms of Use and Membership Agreement

1. DEFINITIONS

Platform: Refers to the website, mobile application, and all related digital service channels offered under the PRIVON brand.

Member: Refers to a real person who has registered on the Platform via invitation and has an active account.

Waitlist Application: Refers to the preliminary application made to become a member of the Platform.

Invitation: Refers to the membership invitation sent by PRIVON to individuals on the waitlist.

Partner Establishment: Refers to restaurants, hotels, and other premium lifestyle venues that have signed a partnership agreement with PRIVON and are made accessible via the Platform.

Member Privilege: Refers to exclusive access, special experiences, and privileges offered by Partner Establishments exclusively to PRIVON Members.

Account: Refers to the Member's profile containing their identity information, preferences, and membership data on the Platform.

Content: Refers to all text, visuals, software, data, and other materials present on the Platform.

2. SCOPE OF THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES

PRIVON is a premium, closed-circuit membership platform based on an invitation system. The Platform offers its Members services such as exclusive access to Partner Establishments, participation in invitation-only events, and prior sharing of Member preferences with establishments.

PRIVON operates as an intermediary platform and cannot be held responsible for the quality, pricing, menu, hygiene, and other operational matters of the services provided by Partner Establishments. Complaints regarding these issues should be directed strictly to the relevant establishment.

PRIVON reserves the right to change, add, or remove the Partner Establishments included on the Platform and the scope of services provided without prior notice.

3. WAITLIST AND INVITATION SYSTEM

PRIVON membership is acquired exclusively through the invitation system. Individuals wishing to become members of the Platform can apply by filling out the waitlist form on the website. Applications are evaluated by PRIVON; the Company has full authority to accept or reject applications without providing any reason.

Eligible applicants will be sent an invitation via email or other communication channels at a time determined by PRIVON. Invitations are time-limited and will become invalid if not used within the specified period.

Personal data provided by registering on the waitlist is processed within the framework of the principles specified in the KVKK Privacy Notice. Data belonging to applications that are not sent an invitation will be retained for a maximum of 2 years from the date of application; after this period, it will be deleted or anonymized.

4. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

To become a member of the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to act. All legal, criminal, and financial responsibilities arising from false declarations regarding age belong exclusively to the User. If a false declaration is detected, PRIVON reserves the right to immediately terminate the membership.

It is mandatory to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during the account creation process after receiving the invitation. The account is personal; it cannot be transferred, rented, or sold to someone else. Each user can only create one account; if multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended or terminated.

It is the User's responsibility to protect the confidentiality of their username and password. The User is responsible for all transactions performed through their account. In case of suspected unauthorized access, a notification must immediately be sent to [email protected].

5. MEMBERSHIP TYPES AND FEES

PRIVON is a closed-circuit platform based on a paid subscription model. Current membership fee schedules are announced on the Platform. The Company may grant the first users (Founding Members) joining the system special for the launch period or with certain invitation codes the right to benefit from Platform privileges free of charge for a period determined by the Company. If this period ends, a transition to a paid subscription is mandatory to continue the membership; the transition is carried out with the User's explicit consent.

Membership fees are automatically renewed through the payment method defined by the User at the end of the specified period. To prevent renewal, a written cancellation notice must be made at least 72 hours before the end of the period. PRIVON reserves the right to change the prices of paid services; price changes will not apply to the current membership period but will be effective in the next renewal period.

Membership fees are non-refundable except in cases mandated by legal regulations. In case payment is not made on time, PRIVON has the right to suspend or terminate the membership without requiring additional notice.
